Salem House Studio – Anthony Michelli - Production Biography

Over the past two decades Anthony has been actively involved in sound production for various projects spanning a wide range of musical idioms, formats and applications including: creative music, commercial music, online, compact disc, vinyl, loop libraries, soundtracks and film scores.

With over two decades of experience as a musician, as well as being actively involved in studios in his native Hamilton, Ontario, Canada from an early age, Anthony Michelli has developed the skills, techniques and intuition for the production of recorded music. While studying at the University of Toronto, Anthony furthered his skills in the “Sound Recording and Studio Course” under the direction of Dean Paul Pederson. 

His experience, combined with his creativity and knowledge of music and technology, give him the edge to be able to realize what various artists look for and require in sound recording, editing, mixing, production and mastering.

Currently Anthony works freelance from his Salem House Studio tracking, mixing, editing and mastering with the option to work in larger studio environments, depending on the demands of each individual project.  He is also involved in the education stream teaching technical courses in production at both Mohawk College and at Centennial College.
